Organizations interested in sponsoring the 2017 Minnesota TZD Conference must contribute to the advancement of traffic safety on Minnesota roads. The following three sponsorship levels are available:

Gold Level ($5,000)

  • Logo and organization name published in the final conference program and in the mobile conference app
  • Recognition on TZD website
  • Sponsor list displayed on two screens during all general sessions
  • One exhibitor booth, including one conference registration
  • Two additional conference registrations (for a total of three conference registrations)
  • Priority exhibit booth location
  • Reserved seating at general sessions, including special acknowledgement during the sessions
  • Recognition for conference give-away item and break refreshments

Silver Level ($2,500)

  • Logo and organization name published in the final conference program and in the mobile conference app
  • Recognition on TZD website
  • Sponsor list displayed on two screens during all general sessions
  • One exhibitor booth, including one conference registration
  • One additional conference registration (for a total of two conference registrations)
  • Priority exhibit booth location
  • Recognition for conference give-away item and break refreshments

Bronze Level ($1,000)

  • Logo and organization name published in the final conference program and in the mobile conference app
  • Recognition on TZD website
  • Sponsor list displayed on two screens during all general sessions
  • One exhibitor booth, including one conference registration
  • Recognition for conference give-away item and break refreshments

Exhibitors

Exhibits will be on display from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017. All conference breaks and a reception will be held in the exhibit area.

The fee to exhibit is $175. Exhibitors receive a table, tablecloth, and chair, as well as one conference registration for both days of the event. Electricity is included in the exhibitor fee, but arrangements must be made in advance.

Exhibitors are responsible for installing their exhibit, providing their own signage, monitoring the exhibit during conference hours, and dismantling and removing the exhibit at the conclusion of the reception on October 26.
