Exhibitors

Exhibits will be on display in the Huntington Bank Rotunda from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The fee to exhibit is $250. To guarantee your exhibit space, register by February 1, 2026. Non-profit organizations may register for a free table, subject to availability.

Exhibitors receive:

  • A draped 6’ table and chair
  • Listing in all promotional emails, social media postings, and signage around the mall
  • Logo on video wall presentation

Exhibitors are responsible for installing their exhibit, providing their own signage, monitoring the exhibit for the entire event, and dismantling and removing the exhibit by 4:00 p.m.

Event Timeline for Exhibitors

  • Exhibit set-up: 8:00–10:00 a.m.
  • Event open to public: 10.00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit dismantle: After the conclusion of the event at 3:00 p.m. All materials must be removed by 4:00 p.m.
