About the Conference
This conference provides a forum for sharing information on best practices in engineering, enforcement, education, and emergency medical/health services and for identifying new approaches to reducing the number of traffic fatalities and life-changing injuries on Minnesota roads.

- Cancellation policy: Cancellations before September 30th will be accepted, with refunds subject to a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Accommodations
Hotel rooms at Mystic Lake are available at a special group rate until October 1, 2025. Reservations made after October 1 will be subject to the hotel’s best available rate, which may increase based on overall demand as the conference date approaches. Book your room under the group rate now.
