Speakers
Sergeant Tyler Milless graduated in 2015 from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and an associate’s degree in psychology. He attended the Minnesota State Patrol academy in 2016. After graduating from the academy, he was stationed in Fairmont, Minnesota, for just over a year. He then transferred to West Metro dogwatch, where he spent a year before transferring to the Elk River station. In 2020, he took a promotion to become a sergeant and is now the coordinator for the DRE Program.
Deputy Sheriff Alexander Graham recently joined the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office from the Saint Paul Police Department. He has been a DRE since 2015 and a DRE instructor since 2016. Graham was the lead SFST/ARIDE/DRE instructor for the Saint Paul Police Department prior to joining the Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Graham recognizes that DWI enforcement has a direct impact on public safety. He enjoys the outreach and lecture aspects and hopes they benefit law enforcement and the public to try and drive Minnesota towards zero deaths. Deputy Graham has two MADD awards: the first for Drugged Driving Enforcement in 2018 and the second for Outstanding Individual Dedication to Impaired Driving Enforcement in 2016 from the Colorado Chapter of MADD. He is also a four-time DWI All Star.
